ARC's must be submitted to https://cepco.cincwebaxis.com/ via your personal login. Once you have logged in select "Architectural Review Requests" from the banner menu. Complete the required forms, click on the "Add ACC Request" button, Choose an ACC Type from the drop down menu, upload your files via the "Choose Files" button, and then click submit!

These are often referred to as the "Covenants" or the "CCRs".
Your impervious surface area can be found on your Plot Plan aka Lot Survey in the section under "impervious Surface area for this lot. The writing is often small and hard to read. This number indicates how much impervious surface area has been taken up on your lot by the developer. All lots have been granted the same max allowable impervious surface of 3,800 SQ ft. Once you subtract your lots impervious surface area from the max allowable, that will give you the remaining available. Please keep in mind, once you use up impervious surface area, you will need to include that in future calculations. For example: 3,800 is max allowable. Minus a lots area of 2,842 = 958 remaining. If a pool is installed that uses an additional 250 sq ft of impervious surface, there is now only 708 sq ft of impervious surface available.
